Integrated learning

I have been on training courses before…usually two, three days. You say it's fantastic and then you forget about it. You don't really apply it. Your format…which is very short and regular, was the most powerful – and integrated the learning into how I apply it.

Sustainable Development

I think about our conversations…like being myself…about all the different areas that we talked about that I really apply…pretty much every week. I even talked to my husband about it at lunch today. So that has really influenced me…in the long term and deeply.

Go deeper than you think

The module I really thought I wouldn't learn anything new was around conflict. I thought with my age and my experience that I knew all about this. And that's the one from which I have changed the most. it's been a year now since I did it, and it’s been so useful at work, with my family and my friends. And I still think about it very, very regularly.

Held to account

I've been on many leadership training and coaching courses before. They tell you about theories and behaviours of being a leader…they don’t transition into ‘what does it mean for you?’ ‘how does that apply in your life?’ Because you have a coaching call all the way through the year, I’ve been held to account.

More than just a plan

I thought it would be about having a life plan and create a lot of what those life goals might be for yourself. But it's so much more than that.
