Mind the [Christmas] Gap

'TIS the season to be jolly... well at least until the 27th of December. 

I don't know if you remember last year. How was it for you?

 Do you have Turkey for Christmas? Did you have Turkey sandwiches, Turkey soup, Turkey salad, and the Turkey was still not finished?

Was everyone getting just a little bit tired of being with each other.

You remember…. you'd eaten and drunk more than your capacity and still had to get through to the new year. 

Here are a few tips from C-suite Aikido that you can use at home. 

If you're looking to change things up, you might want to review the article from last week with some of the moves I explained there.

If you’re looking for something a bit different, maybe a bit less mind-based, why don't you think about maybe going out for a bit? Go for a brisk walk, enjoy the crisp countryside or city lights and giving yourself some exercise and re-energizing.

If that’s just a bit too energetic, maybe pop over to the local cafe and meet some different people and have some different conversations, maybe all complaining about the great turkey saga. Or maybe, you can switch it up and switch the energy so everybody's happy and engaged and motivated again.

If you don't like queuing, and if you don't like crowds, do NOT go to the Boxing Day sales!

Whatever you decide, I hope you have a fantastic time, are looking forward to time with your family, and that it turns out to be the best experience.
